Service Description

When we perform balancing postures, we not only bring strength to our core, it is one of the healthiest way to do weight bearing exercises to strengthen our bones. Our muscles get activated in this process, so incorporating a deep stretch routine relaxes those muscles. This class is the perfect way to achieve both strength and openness! We welcome all levels: athletes, those recovering from injuries and/or surgeries, older practitioners who want to maintain flexibility, and everyone else in between! This class is free for members, $15 for non-members.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a scheduled session, please notify us within 48 hours of your scheduled session and we will cancel it with a full refund. Sessions cancelled later than 48 hours prior are not eligible for a refund.
