Service Description
Picture yourself at the end of a busy week, laying comfortably on a mat in a cozy room surrounded by a heartwarming community. Now, imagine your cells experiencing a sonic massage, while your nervous system is lulled into peaceful clarity. Your only job is to let go and open. We are happy to offer a Sound Healing experience with crystal bowls. And all you have to bring is your openness, your yoga mat (we have one for you if you don't have one), and your willingness to let go so you can heal.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a class registration, please notify us within 3 hours of your scheduled class and we will cancel it with a full refund. Sessions cancelled later than 3 hours prior are not eligible for a refund. By registering for this class, you attest that you are physically capable of performing all required movements and will notify the instructor of any prior injuries and accidents, and health issues that might require that you adjust. You also agree that such adjustments are not only welcome but required to prevent injury.
